Ingredients:
La Piana® Black Olive Spread (4.5 oz. jar)
½ cup cream cheese, at room temperature
10 slices very thin sliced white bread
¼ pound Genoa salami

 

 
Preparation:
Mix the black olive spread with the cream cheese with a fork.  Spread 5 slices of the bread with half of the olive cream cheese spread and top with salami.  Spread the remaining  5 slices of bread with the remaining spread and top the sandwiches.  Cut off the crusts and then cut the sandwiches into 4 pieces.
